Eligible 7th and 8th Grade ELA and Math Teachers with a valid teacher license receive a stipend up to $5,000 during their initial year in Warren.

• $1,500 guaranteed December, Year 1
• $1,500 guaranteed June, Year 1
• $2,000 in June, Year 1
• $1,000 for PD, E/HE, and 95% attendance rate
• $1,000 for ILEARN Goal

• Participate in 3 optional professional development sessions per semester with a Content Area Specialist.
• Be Highly Effective or Effective on the Summative Evaluation.
• Maintain a 95% attendance rate.
• Grade level meets or exceeds the School Board Goal on ILEARN or achieves 10% growth.
