Iowa State Savings Bank is seeking a Personal Banker who enjoys helping people, likes learning new things, and takes pride in doing great work. No banking experience is required. We will teach you the banking side. You bring curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to serving customers well. We’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with everyday banking needs
• Process teller transactions accurately
• Answer questions and help resolve account issues
• Build relationships and promote bank products

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems

Hours

Regularly Monday - Friday, starting hours may vary either 7:30 a.m. or 8:15 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. or 5:00 p.m., Saturday morning rotation
