Description

Greater Regional is looking for a Patient Access Representative to work a flexible part‑time schedule. This would include shifts needing coverage as well as the potential for some nights and weekends. This position arranges for the efficient and orderly registration of patients, making sure accurate patient information is collected. A professional and courteous manner is required while gathering insurance and personal patient information.

There is a $10/hour weekend incentive!

Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls in a clear professional manner
  • Greeting patients and visitors as they enter the facility
  • Provide patient with billing and payment information
  • Prior experience with insurance and medical records is a plus
  • Maintains patient records according to HIPAA guidelines
