• PRN, part-time, or full-time Physical Therapist Assistant position near Creston, Winterset, and southwest of Des Moines, Iowa areas
• Home health setting
• Full-time benefits starting at 30 hours per week

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising PT
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families, and physicians, and staff
• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Assist with development of programs

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Physical Therapist Assistant
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
