OR RN-Part Time
Greater Regional Health is currently hiring for a casual OR RN! Duties may include providing patient care for the duration of their surgical experience which encompasses admission, recovery room, post-op, and discharge. Within the OR role, duties may also include circulating and/or scrubbing and will be determined according to departmental needs as well as staff preferences. This position does include call with 20-30 minute response times.
Skills and Functions:
- Working in a fast paced team-style environment is vital to this role
- OR role may involve circulating or scrubbing in
- Other duties include ordering, restocking, preparation, and cleaning
- Strong patient advocacy is important
- Good communication and critical thinking skills
Current RN license and/or surgery experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to ensure your confidence and success in this role. BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required but can be obtained after hire.
