Work Model:
- On-Site
- Investigate internal and customer-reported nonconformances and implement corrective actions
- Prepare corrective action responses and customer-facing quality documentation
- Develop and maintain inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
- Perform data analysis using SPC to support process improvements
- Support and participate in customer and supplier audits, including audit preparation
- Evaluate inspection and testing processes and recommend improvements
- Serve as liaison between Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing on quality issues
- Review and disposition discrepant material and support MRB activities
- Maintain compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality
- 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance role within manufacturing
- Proficiency with RCCA, SPC, PPAP, and root cause analysis tools
Experience developing inspection procedures and quality documentation - Ability to investigate nonconformances and drive corrective actions
- Comfortable working on the production floor and collaborating cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills with a direct, solutions-oriented approach
