Job DescriptionABOUT THE JOB
Growth opportunity with a national brand. This multi‑unit franchisee offers development and the chance to give back. As a General Manager you are responsible for day‑to‑day store operations, including cost controls, inventory and cash management, staffing, customer relations, marketing, and adherence to standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Control costs, inventory, and cash to meet profitability targets.
- Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance of crew.
- Maintain store cleanliness, image, and equipment.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Manage marketing initiatives to increase sales.
- Minimum 6 months experience as a shift supervisor or team lead in the restaurant industry.
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to give correct monetary change.
- Ability to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
