Position Summary

As a Manager for Security Technology, you will be responsible for working with a variety of systems such as CCTV, intrusion alarm, fire alarm, and CX‑paging. You will also be managing and identifying installing contractors to work on remodel, expansion, new and takeover.
What you’ll do- Oversee remodel and new, expansion and takeover for Walmart and Sam’s Club.
- Send weekly updates to stakeholders such as Asset Protection, construction managers, store managers, Project GCs, and REX managers and any other stakeholders deemed necessary.
- Manage and oversee the process of advanced alarm programming and network communication device solutions and processes.
- Resolve complex alarm, CCTV and CX communication opportunities.
- Develop and implement high level and comprehensive analytics to find efficiencies.
- Manage security projects by interpreting, modifying, and formulating changes to specification documents.
- Communicate project plans to key stakeholders and project team members.
- Identify and communicate goals and objectives.
- Build accountability for and measure progress in achieving results.
- Identify and address improvement opportunities.
- Complete projects on time and on budget.
- Knowledge in alarm systems.
- Experience with VMS platforms.
- NICET II FA for VSST.
- Previous experience in project management.
- Self‑motivated and can work independently.
- Take initiative and can make quick decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in security systems, electronics, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in security systems, electronics, or related area.
Preferred QualificationsEmergency Management, Supervising Associates.
