What You ll Do

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Allen Turner Chevrolet, you ll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. You ll provide exceptional customer service by understanding each customer s vehicle needs, recommending appropriate maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a seamless service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers promptly and professionally while building lasting relationships
• Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle issues
• Recommending maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition
• Preparing accurate repair orders and providing clear estimates for services
• Communicating repair recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
• Following up with customers throughout the repair process and after service to ensure satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Working closely with the service team to achieve customer satisfaction and department goals
• Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Performing other duties as assigned

What Helps You Succeed

We are looking for customer-focused professionals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service. Automotive service experience is preferred, but candidates with strong customer service, sales, or hospitality backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Preferred qualifications include:

• 1+ year of customer service or service advisor experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly manner
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Professional appearance and strong personal integrity
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening
