• $180,000–$200,000+ annual salary based on experience
• Quarterly incentive bonuses

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Focus on preventive care and long‑term patient relationships
• Deliver patient‑centered, community‑based care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• MD or DO
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
