• Role: Instructor
• Location: Residential facilities for the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice;
  Crestview Youth Academy – Crestview, Florida
• Focus: Help at‑risk students achieve academic success through engaging and effective teaching.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in assigned subjects.
• Adapt resources to meet diverse student needs.
• Supervise students, maintain attendance records, and manage classroom behavior.
• Evaluate and track student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with colleagues.
• Participate in blended learning models and provide in‑person support as needed.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Certification:
  Valid Florida Professional Teaching Certificate (or proof of enrollment in a relevant program). Preferred certifications in Exceptional Student Education (ESE), Gifted, ESOL, and Reading.
• Experience:
  
  Teaching experience or relevant internship.
• Citizenship/Residency or Work Visa required.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle high‑demand environments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Classroom management and effective use of technology.

• Effective communication, customer focus, and interpersonal skills.
• Functional expertise and creativity.
• Strong planning, organizing, problem‑solving, and results‑driven approach.

• Daily travel to facilities, with occasional overnight stays for meetings and training.
