Compensation & benefits: $100,000–$140,000 base + full benefits package

Picture this: a production line is gearing up for a critical run. Systems hum, utilities are stable, and the floor is safe—because you engineered it that way. In this fully on‑site role, you’ll take ownership of facilities reliability and projects that enable precision manufacturing. You’ll report to a seasoned on‑site manager and work shoulder-to-shoulder with operations, maintenance, and engineering. If you’re strong in facilities, we’ll help you build environmental expertise with training and mentorship.

• Own reliability, maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement for site infrastructure.
• Plan and execute facilities projects end-to-end using NX CAD—from design to handoff.
• Partner across teams to enhance safety, throughput, and energy performance.
• Grow into environmental responsibilities over time.
• Drive initiatives that boost efficiency, uptime, and sustainability metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on facilities engineering experience.
• Depth in facilities systems; environmental knowledge is a bonus, not a barrier.
• Experience with NX CAD or the ability to come up to speed quickly.
• Independent, proactive problem solver who takes initiative.
