Responsibilities
We are currently seeking both Youth Care Worker I (YCW) and Youth Care Worker II associates, full-time. The YCW functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to adolescent boys ranging in age 13 through 18. The YCW leads therapeutic groups with patients and is able to intervene effectively in crisis situations.

- Previous related working experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass DJJ background screen and pre-employment drug screen.
