Job Description:
Travel RN
- Med Surg 2S
- Stroke Unit with a start date of ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to Medical Surgical 2S Stroke patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
Requirements:
- Active FL state or multistate license
- BLS certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Minimum 2+ years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience
- Experience with NIHSS and Stroke patients required
- AHCA clearance required for all CHS Florida travelers
