Okaloosa Youth Academy in Crestview, FL, part of the UHS family, is hiring full-time Youth Care Worker I and II. The YCW works as an active member of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to adolescent boys aged 13 to 18.
You will lead therapeutic groups, intervene effectively in crisis situations, and help youths develop skills that support safe reintegration into the community.
