Crestview Physical and Aquatic Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team in Crestview, FL. Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
- Administer physical and aquatic therapy treatments, exercises, and manual therapy techniques
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Utilize aquatic therapy modalities to support rehabilitation for a diverse patient population
- Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Experience with aquatic therapy or willingness to train in aquatic rehabilitation techniques
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
