Coverage Area: Pensacola / Escambia County
(Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

- Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
- Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
- Educate patients and caregivers to improve functional outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete OASIS documentation as required
- Document visits using streamlined, AI-assisted technology
- Flexible employment options: PRN, or 1099 contractor
- Mileage reimbursement

- Active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- OASIS/Medicare documentation experience preferred
