Healthcare Operations Manager Essential Functions

• Models and holds others accountable to the Barnes culture and acts as a coach and mentor for others in the organization.
• Provides overall leadership and guidance for all functions within assigned locations in support of the company's mission, vision, and purpose.
• Conveys clear performance expectations, follows up consistently, and enforces individual accountability for the team.
• Collaborates with the Regional Operations Manager/Director in the execution of short- and long-term strategies and ensures that operational processes and controls are in place to achieve those goals and strategies.
• Supports the development, implementation, and communication of operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
• Collaborates with other operating divisions, functions, and support services to drive efficiencies, maximize value, and achieve organizational objectives.
• Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organizational structure, resource deployment, process efficiency, and facilities are in line with the organizations business plan and vision.
• Tracks and reports on operating results to ensure consistent growth and progress towards achieving organizational goals and communicates them appropriately.

Requirements

Healthcare Operations Manager Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• An BS/BA degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of related experience in Home Medical Equipment operations or closely related field required.
• Experience leading a distributed workforce strongly preferred.

Healthcare Operations Manager Working Conditions

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Travel up to 50% to various Barnes' Locations including:
  Crestview, FL and Gainesville, FL
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
