The Assistant Director of Advancement Services will provide leadership and operational oversight for the infrastructure that supports fundraising, donor engagement, alumni engagement, capital campaign activity, and philanthropic stewardship across Thomas More University. Through effective management of systems, data, reporting, gift administration, and operational processes, this position ensures accurate information, efficient workflows, informed decision-making, and strong organizational readiness to advance the University’s mission and fundraising priorities.

- Reporting and strategic data analysis
- Endowment administration and support
- Corporate and community engagement support
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Institutional Advancement, this role will serve as a key member of the Institutional Advancement team.
