• Set daily and weekly sales goals, oversee coworker sales activities, approve rental agreements, and monitor revenue growth.
• Oversee coworker collections, follow up on accounts that require manager intervention, approve customer commitments, and provide leadership and training for compliance with procedures.
• Manage store resources to achieve profit targets, ensure policy compliance, protect company assets, control inventory, ordering, pricing, cash handling, security, and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide training and development for all coworkers, schedule daily activities, recruit, hire, and retain staff, and train for exceptional customer service.

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and a good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
