Assistant Store Manager
The Waterfront Rescue Mission, recognized in 2025 as one of the Best Christian Workplaces in the country, is hiring a positive, highly productive, safety-minded and team oriented manager to join our team at the Waterfront Thrift Store in Crestview, FL! We have a position open for an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) who will report to the Store Manager. The ASM will coach andmanage the total store and will be responsible for financial performance togoal of their assigned areas.
The ASM will be required to work with others inthe organization in a professional and progressive manner and will be required to be an excellent communicator with high business acumen in order to bestfacilitate sales and growth of the store to which they are assigned. He or shemust be a person of faith and freely agree to sign a statement of faithacknowledging their beliefs.
- Financial performance to goal
- Study KPI performance daily
- Manage a high performance team that will complement thegrowth of the store
- Manage controllable expenses
- Ensure customer service expectations are followed atall times
- Ensure a well recovered, clean, and organized store

Experience:
Bachelor's degree; 4 or moreyears related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Must have a valid state driver's license and beinsurable by the WRM insurance carrier.
