TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Crestview, Florida.

• Provide bedside care for a variety of patients, including pre‑ and post‑op patients.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medication, reporting any adverse reactions.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
• Prepare equipment and aid the physician during examinations and treatment of patients.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures.
• Participate in discharge planning and initiate patient education plans as prescribed by physicians.

In this role, the RN should be able to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty, lift up to 20 pounds easily, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. The work environment is fast‑paced, treating patients who may be confused, agitated, or uncooperative.

BLS, 2 years recent acute‑care experience. Additional certifications may be required before beginning assignment.

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation. A tax‑free stipend amount is to be determined.
