RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Description

Days:
Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Additional on-call responsibilities in the afternoons, weekends, and a holiday rotation with a 30-minute response time.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Cath Lab RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cath lab procedures and be able to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures.

• Administer care and support to patients undergoing catheterization procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to any significant changes.
• Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
• Assist with preparation of the cath lab and materials needed for procedures.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cath lab setting preferred.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Per Florida Statute, a minimum of 500 hours of experience at a Cardiothoracic surgical site or a facility performing over 500 PCIs per year is required.
