American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a Stroke Unit night shift position requiring active FL/compact RN license and NIHSS certification.

• Work in the Med/Surg unit (2S Stroke) of a hospital setting
• Care for stroke patient population
• Night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment

• Active FL state or multistate RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• Stroke unit experience required
• AHCA required for all FL travelers
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of start

• Provide nursing care to stroke and medical-surgical patients
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
• Not eligible if previously worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
