Maintenance Team Member Responsibilities:
  • Perform key maintenance tasks, including replacing filters for the fryers.
  • Put away and organize truck
  • Manage dishwashing for all restaurant dishes, including raw product containers, ensuring sanitation standards are met.
  • Proactively manage waste disposal, which includes gathering and disposing of trash and breaking down cardboard throughout the entire facility.
  • Assist with food prep duties as needed, such as preparing the Mac & Cheese for upcoming shifts.
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the leadership team promptly.
  • Keep all areas of the restaurant neat, clean, and orderly.
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and staying up‑to‑date on any procedural changes.
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
  • Adhere to all Chick-fil-A rules and the dress code.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • MUST be available to work the hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • MUST have the ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Must have the ability to stand for long periods.
