Compensation

Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Employment type: Full‑time, Part‑time.

Shift: Overnight.

Location: Neighborhood Market #3361, 1150 Industrial Dr, Crestview, FL 32539, US.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. The majority of work is performed in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
