Part‑time Retail Sales Associate for the Walmart Wireless Sales Program. Immediate hire. Paid training.

• Engage consumers in the wireless services section about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Uncover consumer desires, overcome objections, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Collaborate with team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, and presentable.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of wireless products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average part‑time earnings $600–$800 weekly.
• Paid training course.
• Base pay plus uncapped commission.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
• Base pay raise opportunity every 6 months.
