EARNING POTENTIAL: $80,000–$150,000 per year(No cap; earnings based on performance and experience)

Responsibilities:

Build lasting relationships with customers to promote loyalty and referrals

Use a consultative selling approach to match customers with the right vehicle

Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, features, packages, and technologies

Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business

Overcome objections and stay positive in sales situations

Work closely with the Sales Manager on goals and performance updates

Maintain a professional appearance and bring a positive attitude daily

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications1+ year of sales experience preferred (but not required)
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional and well-groomed appearance

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and MVR screening
