** Responsibilities:
*** Build lasting relationships with customers to promote loyalty and referrals
* Use a consultative selling approach to match customers with the right vehicle
* Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, features, packages, and technologies
* Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business
* Overcome objections and stay positive in sales situations
* Work closely with the Sales Manager on goals and performance updates
* Maintain a professional appearance and bring a positive attitude daily
* Other duties as assigned## Qualifications## Qualifications
* ** 1+ year of sales experience preferred** (but not required)
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional and well-groomed appearance
* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and MVR screening
