As a Home Sales Inspector at Orkin, you will help homeowners protect their most valuable asset. • Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and recommend tailored solutions to customers.
• Perform comprehensive 360 inspections of attics, crawlspaces, and every part of the home.
• Build trusted relationships by listening to customer needs and explaining practical solutions with confidence and care.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and schedule appointments.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and handling assigned leads.
• Serve as a problem‑solver for customers, utilizing in‑depth training to determine the best pest solution for each situation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain the required pesticide license/certification (company‑paid).
• Capability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.

• Use ladders within manufacturer weight limits.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE); sometimes an OSHA‑compliant respirator is required.
• Work in various weather conditions.
