Experienced, high-performing Sales Associates have the opportunity to earn $80,000-$200,000+ per year through commission and bonus compensation.

We'll provide training on our vehicles, technology, inventory, and sales process so you can develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

The Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing experience. You'll learn about their needs, present vehicle options, demonstrate features, conduct test drives, and help them move through the sales process.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers throughout the vehicle-buying process
  • Asking questions and identifying customer needs and preferences
  • Recommending vehicles based on each customer's needs and budget
  • Developing product knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicles, features, technology, and available options
