• 3‑month base pay increase to $19.00/hour
• 6‑month base pay increase to $20.00/hour (guaranteed for first year)
• Techs currently earn $22–$24.50/hour on average; top performers earn up to $35/hour.

• Install tech products from DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring
• Troubleshoot and solve equipment and service issues
• Educate customers on smart home technology and drive sales of products and related services through solution‑based recommendations

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and carry extension ladders
• Stand for long periods of time
• Must be at or below a 330 lb weight limit
• Work in confined spaces

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
• Pass background check and drug screen
