DutiesThe Board of Education of Cook County School District 130 seeks an outstanding educational leader to assume the role of Superintendent for a premier school district in Illinois.
With a commitment to excellence, Cook County School District 130 consists of 12 school sites, serves approximately 3000 students, and is supported by a District budget of $74M. The community takes great pride in its schools, and the District provides a well-rounded educational program to meet the needs of 21st-century learners.
Applications acceptedthrough November 6, 2026. The new Superintendent will assume duties on July 1, 2027.
QualificationsHold or be eligible for the Illinois Superintendent's License.
Successful experience as a district-level leader required.
