As you progress through the Manager Trainee program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future.

Menards success relies on our promote‑from‑within culture. Upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to promote to any of our 330+ Store Locations, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, and Distribution Centers.

• Participate in a comprehensive, hands‑on training program covering all aspects of retail operations.
• Work closely with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand business operations and develop management skills.
• Apply learnings to real‑world scenarios and receive guidance and feedback from experienced leaders.
• Prepare to assume a management role within the Menards organization upon successful completion of the program.
