Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager position is a full-time role. The selected indivudial will oversee and manage sales activities within Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and possibly other neighboring states. Responsibilities will include the development of new customers, further improvement of existing customer relationships, and assisting distributors with their sales and marketing efforts. Some travel required. Industry experience is required, including a working knowledge of chemical products and systems used in our industry.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage sales activities within Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and possibly other neighboring states.
  • Develop new customers and further improve existing customer relationships.
  • Assist distributors with their sales and marketing efforts.
  • Travel as required to support sales activities.
  • Apply industry experience and knowledge of chemical products and systems used in the field.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region (Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky)
  • Experience in the chemical and/or institutional/industrial cleaning industry required, including a working knowledge of chemical products and systems used
  • High proficiency in business operations software, including Microsoft Office
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
