  • Discover and analyze operator needs
  • Present and articulate the MMP value proposition based on persona, operator, and need
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, sales activities, opportunity stages, pipeline, and forecasts to provide leadership with clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Actively participate in pipeline reviews and discussions
  • Represent MMP at industry events, association meetings, conferences, and other company-sponsored activities within the assigned territory or book of accounts
  • Build qualified pipeline through disciplined pre-event planning and post-event follow-up
  • Manage expenses in accordance with company guidelines

  • Demonstrated, measurable track record of sales success as an individual contributor
  • Demonstrates professionalism and executive presence in all interactions with customers, prospects, industry partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Motivated, self-directed, and accountable with minimal supervision
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory or book of accounts (approximately 50%), including periodic conferences and overnight travel as needed
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence others
