The EPI helps assess your strengths, areas for improvement, potential for student growth, cognitive ability, and your teaching skills. The questions are selected at random from a large bank containing a wide range of subjects and scenarios. The results of this assessment are used by the building principals to assist in the screening process and help determine how your personality and skill set could fill the vacant position.
The numeric score will not be shared with candidates, but principals may use the information to guide conversations and professional development if you are hired for this position.
