Job Description We’re looking for a dependable
** Operator
* * to support industrial cleaning and maintenance operations at customer sites. This role is responsible for safely operating equipment, assisting with jobsite setup, and contributing to efficient, high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

** What You’ll Do
*** Adhere strictly to all MPW health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
* Arrive at assigned branch or jobsite on time, in uniform, and prepared for work assignments
* Set up jobsites including hoses, barricades, safety tape, and required tagging processes
* Operate equipment such as water blasting guns, lances, wet and dry vacuum hoses, and automated tooling
* Assist with manual labor tasks including breaking loose materials, cleaning surfaces, and supporting vacuum operations
* Perform industrial cleaning activities such as water blasting, pipe lancing, and debris removal
* Support transportation of equipment to and from jobsites as needed
* Inspect equipment and maintain proper levels of oil, fuel, and other fluids
* Perform minor maintenance and basic repairs on equipment and vehicles when required
* Clean and prepare equipment prior to returning it to the branch location
* Follow established processes for work schedules, assignments, and reporting
* Demonstrate initiative by identifying and completing tasks without direct supervision when appropriate
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and safety concerns
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
** What You’ll Need
*** Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
* 1–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial, construction, or equipment-related environments preferred
* Experience performing manual labor in outdoor or industrial settings
* Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, maintenance, or repair is a plus
* Ability to obtain and maintain MPW equipment operation certifications (water blasting, vacuuming, wash trucks)
* Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly, with or without accommodation
* Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motion during 8–12 hour shifts
* Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying industrial environments
* Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators, in environments with exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, and high noise levels
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and tolerate temperature extremes
* Willingness to travel for extended periods (days or weeks at a time) and work overtime, weekends, or irregular hours as needed
