Overview

M&M Commercial Roofing is currently hiring a Commercial Roofing Administrator to support our growing commercial division. This is a 100% office-based position located in Crete, IL. The Commercial Roofing Administrator plays a critical role in supporting Sales and Production by ensuring commercial roofing projects move smoothly from signed contract through billing, closeout, and warranty completion.

This role is ideal for an experienced construction administrator who values accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Process commercial roofing jobs from signed contract through invoicing, closeout, and warranty submission
  • Build, maintain, and manage complete job files in company systems
  • Work closely with Commercial Sales Executives to identify and close gaps in contracts, scope, pricing, or documentation
  • Coordinate with Production to ensure jobs are fully production-ready before release
  • Submit, track, and close permits with municipalities and governing bodies
  • Order materials, coordinate deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
  • Prepare and execute customer invoicing and support payment tracking
  • Maintain professional communication with vendors, municipalities, property managers, and internal teams
  • Proactively identify administrative issues and communicate early to resolve them collaboratively
  • Support team members when needed and ask for support when required
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the life of each project
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in construction administration, job processing, or roofing administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-first environment
  • Proficiency with construction management systems and Microsoft Office preferred
