M&M Home Remodeling Services is looking for a Production Coordination Specialist to support our field operations team and ensure jobs are prepared, compliant, and executed on time.

This role is mission‑critical. You are the connector between suppliers, superintendents, customers, and city inspectors. If you thrive in organized chaos, love details, and take pride in operational precision - this role is for you.

• Prepare jobs for superintendent scheduling
• Coordinate material ETAs and confirm supplier deliveries
• Release material orders via phone/email (WILLCALL)
• Schedule city inspections and ensure municipal compliance
• Notify customers of deliveries and crew arrivals
• Maintain daily production sheets & AL Crew App scheduling
• Manage callbacks, service requests, and window scheduling
• Track inventory orders, returns, and material transfers
• Support payroll tracking for callbacks and completions
• Create and distribute daily production reports to leadership

M&M Home Remodeling Services is a full‑service exterior home improvement contractor with over 47 years of experience in serving Chicagoland, Indianapolis, Madison, and Northwest Indiana.
