M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking an Operations Scheduling Specialist to drive scheduling accuracy, supplier coordination, municipal compliance, and customer communication. You ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Prepare jobs for superintendent scheduling
• Coordinate supplier ETAs and material releases
• Schedule city inspections
• Update scheduling systems and production sheets
• Communicate with customers regarding deliveries and crew arrival
• Manage callbacks and service requests
• Process payroll callback entries and job completions
• Support inventory and window scheduling operations

This position reports to the Team Lead / Director of Administration.

M&M Home Remodeling Services is a full‑service exterior home improvement contractor with over 47 years of experience serving Chicagoland, Indianapolis, Madison, and Northwest Indiana.
