About The PositionWe’re currently looking for a Customer Management Specialist based in Heraklion, Crete to join our fantastic team!
In this key role, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including one of the largest retail chains in the area. Your daily routine will include visiting existing customers and actively seeking new business opportunities. You’ll negotiate contracts, act as the link between our company and the customer, and analyze sales data to plan your visits effectively - daily, monthly, and quarterly.
You’ll work toward both quantitative and qualitative targets, ensuring our brands are well represented in stores according to marketing guidelines. You’ll also handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and payment terms. You’ll be responsible for preparing and submitting sales contracts and keeping accurate client records. Additionally, you’ll present quarterly reports and share results for your area of responsibility.
- Visits current and potential clients to develop new cooperation and agreements (accounts in Creta & Rhodes)
- Negotiates and liaises between customer and company
- Analyzes sales data per customer and prepares and executes daily/monthly/quarterly visitation plan to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets
- Promotes and improves our brands instore visibility according to marketing guidelines
- Answers customer questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
- Prepares and submits sales contracts and maintains client records
- Presents quarterly reports and results for his/her area of responsibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Business Administration or any equivalent
- At Least 2 years of experience in Sales preferably within FMCG sector
- Experience working with retail chain clients is a strong advantage.
- Good command of English language
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- You’re passionate about sales and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You’re customer-focused, results-driven, accountable, and a natural problem solver.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and can easily adapt to change.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Mobility – you’re open for periodical travels across the region
