Business Manager

Location: Crete, IL

My client is seeking a Business Manager to drive growth for advanced evaporator and crystallizer technologies used across critical industrial markets. In this role, you’ll help shape how innovative process solutions reach global customers while expanding the company’s commercial presence in rapidly evolving sectors.

• Drive new business development and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to contract

• Create technical marketing materials, case studies, and digital content
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Build relationships with customer engineering, operations, and procurement teams
• Partner with engineering to develop technical and commercial proposals
• Conduct competitive analysis and support brand positioning initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)
• Familiarity with evaporators, crystallizers, or process separation systems
• Ability to bridge technical engineering concepts with commercial strategy
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus
