Marketing Operations & Content Specialist – M&M Home Remodeling Services

Salary: $60,000 base + 10% annual bonus

M&M Home Remodeling Services is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Operations & Content Specialist to help execute, organize, and optimize our day‑to‑day marketing efforts across digital, social, and local channels.

• Clear expectations and KPIs
• Owning calendars, workflows, and execution
• Blending creativity with data and analytics
• Seeing work directly tied to performance and bonus outcomes

• Execute digital marketing campaigns and content plans
• Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and workflows
• Assist in creating marketing content for digital and print using Canva and Adobe
• Manage social media marketing across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Reddit
• Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite
• Support online reputation management and customer reviews
• Track marketing analytics, performance metrics, and attribution
• Support CRM and lead tracking data accuracy using Accu Lynx and Call Rail
• Assist with local marketing, events, home shows, and trade shows

• 1+ year experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, social media, or content marketing
• Experience with marketing tools and analytics (Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite)
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Comfortable working with metrics, KPIs, and accountability

Base salary $60,000 plus a 10% annual performance bonus tied to:

• Social media growth
• Content output and quality
• Review generation
• Platform consistency and compliance
