Administrative Assistant – Operations to serve as a key support member across our organization. This role provides administrative and operational support to multiple departments—including Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations—to help ensure our day-to-day business runs smoothly.

What You'll DoAs our Administrative Assistant – Operations
, you ll help keep our business running efficiently by:
- Providing administrative support across Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations.
- Reviewing sales orders for accuracy and preparing customer documentation.
- Coordinating product sample shipments and assisting with customer follow-up.
- Serving as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assisting with recruiting activities, interview scheduling, onboarding, employee documentation, and maintaining confidential personnel records.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.
- Coordinating marketing materials, maintaining promotional inventory, and assisting with trade shows, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Preparing reports, managing documents, and assisting leadership with administrative projects.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across departments.
- Collaborating with team members to solve problems and support company goals.
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with special projects and taking on additional responsibilities as the company continues to grow.

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office support, operations, or similar role preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related industry is a plus, but not required.
