Provides assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation, continence);
Assists with senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees;
Follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation;
Prioritizes assignments and adjusts throughout shift to meet needs and respond to call lights;
Follows through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan and maintains HIPAA privacy
