Provide assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation, and continence;
Assist with senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers, and orientation of new employees;
Follow department protocol for submission of completed documentation and update care/service plans;
Prioritize and adjust assignments during shifts to respond to changing resident needs and call lights;
Prepare, plate, and serve meals; assist with dining room cleanup; perform housekeeping and laundry duties as needed
