• Hourly pay rate: $14.00 to $16.00

Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores (grocery, drug, department, mass retailers).

• Day‑to‑day engagement – restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor and complete required surveys.
• Holiday support – additional days and extended hours during peak holiday periods (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas); may work on the holiday itself.
• Department resets – assist with installations, fixture relocation, and card section resets; notified two weeks in advance.
• Team collaboration – support fellow merchandisers in their territories as needed.

This is a physically demanding role requiring repeated pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of cardboard cartons, merchandise, and displays up to 30 pounds (up to 50 pounds on occasion). Must kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.

• At least 18 years old
• Read, write, and understand English
• Able to lift 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
• Operates a digital handheld device
