Maintenance Technician

Nestlé Purina is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing facility. In this on-site role, you'll keep production lines running safely and efficiently through preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You'll troubleshoot breakdowns, support equipment changeovers, and use a CMMS to document work. Working in a pet-centric, collaborative culture, you'll help drive continuous improvement, uphold strict safety and quality standards, and contribute to products that improve the lives of pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues safely and efficiently.
• Use CMMS to document work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history.
• Collaborate with production teams to support line changeovers and continuous improvement.
• Follow all safety, quality, and GMP standards, including LOTO and housekeeping.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning.
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics during repairs.
• Support root cause analysis and recommend long-term corrective actions.
