Infrastructure Engineer

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Infrastructure Engineer.

You will be responsible for the operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers, and networks, both on-premise and within Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environments. Depending on the service delivery model, you will be tasked with the installation, maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement of the operating environment. You will maintain ongoing reliability and performance while monitoring environments, responding to incidents, and planning for future growth.

• Manage the operations of secure computing platforms, servers, and networks on-premise and in IaaS environments.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade the operating environment to ensure continuous improvement.
• Monitor the reliability and performance of infrastructure services to ensure high availability.
• Respond to incidents and problems while proactively planning for infrastructure growth.
• Serve as the owner of master documents within your specific technical area.
• Provide subject matter expertise to projects, ensuring high-quality standards for the discipline.

• 10+ years of professional experience in infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Proven expertise in managing on-premise and IaaS computing platforms.
• Strong background in server and network operations, including maintenance and upgrades.
• Experience with incident management, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain master documentation and uphold quality standards.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of service delivery models and infrastructure optimization.

$58.10 - $83.00 /hr.
